The right vehicle is not simply the smallest one with enough seats. Traveller count, luggage, pickup access, total journey rhythm and the needs of children or seniors all affect comfort.
Choose for the real group
Share the number of adults and children, how much luggage you expect and whether anyone needs easier entry, extra leg room or regular stops. Ask for the confirmed seating capacity and vehicle category in writing. A last-row seat may not suit a senior even when the legal capacity is sufficient.
Read the quote line by line
A useful quote identifies the vehicle, date, pickup boundary, planned route and journey duration. It should state whether tolls, parking and driver allowance are included, and explain the treatment of extra waiting, additional kilometres or a second pickup. Meals, accommodation, temple tickets and optional stops should never be assumed.
